The Men’s Fellowship Breakfast forum first community program is a karate class
The Men’s Fellowship Breakfast forum first community program is a karate class named in honor of Arthur H. Rothwell Jr. a dedicated man and a pillar of strength at Asbury for close to 70 years. The class is taking place at
Asbury AME Church under the Instruction of Master Floyd Jackson Sr. for 9 boys (aged 8 to 12). The class will run for eight weeks. The Men’s Fellowship Breakfast Forum will absorb all costs for the classes. During this first session, Master Floyd Jackson Sr. will introduce the boys to the art of Karate, which will include a formal orientation of the boys along with theirs parents.Because of the lack of adequate male supervision, The Men’s Fellowship Breakfast forum believes that the instruction of Master Floyd Jackson Sr. is important to teach the young men Martial Arts along with self-discipline, self-respect and many other positive attributes, which will guide and mold them throughout their lives.
